Custom tracks start from small runs. Manufacturing typically takes a few weeks depending on size and finish — we confirm exact dates with your quote.
We work with trusted installer partners across many regions and can put you in touch if you'd prefer a professional fit. Otherwise, we ship your track ready to install with full guidance so you can do it yourself.
Exactly what it's built for. At 86,000 stitches/m² it takes sprints, heavy sled drags and daily intensity without flattening.
It has a total pile height of 15 mm, which beds down to around 11–12 mm of visible height once it's in use. That's the ideal height for sled work — a taller pile would create more drag and wear the fibre faster.
Yes. Custom tracks are cut to your exact dimensions and fitted seam-free. We also keep standard sizes in stock for fast shipping.
Both. It's made with hard-wearing, weather-resistant materials, so it performs the same inside a gym or out in the open.
