Develop a competition-grade surface that could take Sled Push and Sled Pull work without the wrinkling or shifting that throws off an athlete’s performance. Meeting the demands of a real competition took us close to a year of development.

Five tracks of 2 × 16.10 m in Valhalla, customised with the Heroturfs logo. Behind the install sit months of development, testing and refinement to reach a surface that stays stable and holds up to the intensity of sled work — 161 m² engineered for every push, every pull, every athlete.

HYRACE Elche was where all that work met the clock. Watching athletes compete on our tracks after so many months of development was a real milestone for Heroturfs — proof of our bet on innovation, in-house development and continuous improvement. This isn’t just about building tracks; it’s about keeping on improving them so athletes can focus on what they came to do: compete.
